Refund Policy

Merchant of Record
All payments for Tycana are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, sales tax, and payment processing on our behalf.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard billing page. When you cancel:
- Your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made.
- Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you decide to resubscribe.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled by Paddle on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact:
